In one of the most beautiful corners of the Lipno region, on an elevated, quiet spot, 400 m from the shore of the Lipno dam, on the outskirts of the Jenišov u Horní Planá recreational area, in the middle of nature, a new apartment house with a total of ten apartments is being built. All apartments are suitable for year-round use and each of them has a parking space and a cellar. The layout of the house is designed so that its residents can enjoy all the comfort and privacy. When designing the house, emphasis was placed on the use of quality materials that reflect the setting of the house in the Šumava landscape and at the same time meet high demands not only for utility properties but also for the modern appearance of the house. The pleasant atmosphere is created in particular by the wooden cladding, which is used both in the interiors and on the facade of the house. After completion, the apartments will be fully equipped, including floors, tiles, floor tiles, fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen. The structural framework is currently complete, and full completion and final approval are expected by the end of September 2025 at the latest.
